Key Industry Standards we support:
SECS/GEM Standards: GEM (or SECS/GEM) is a group of connectivity standards developed by the Semiconductor Equipment Materials Initiative (半). These standards are used to define communication between automated equipment and the host’s factory network enabling Smart Factory Manufacturing.
GEM300 Standards: The introduction of 300mm wafers brought the demand for solutions that enabled far greater automation. The GEM300 standards were developed by SEMI to solve these challenges.
EDA/Interface A Standards: The Equipment Data Acquisition (EDA/Interface A) standards are a collection of SEMI standards intended to facilitate and improve communication between a factory’s data-gathering software applications and the factory equipment.
PV2 Standards: In an effort to increase efficiencies and reduce integration costs, the Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing community initiated the development and implementation of industry-wide standards. At the equipment level, the connectivity standard PV2 is based on SECS/GEM.
